Q. What meats do you smoke and for how long?
A. We smoke our meats in our wood burning pits for the approximate times.

Q. What kind of wood is used to smoke your meats?
A.We use only hickory the "king" of all woods.
Q. Why do your meats have a pink color after being smoked?
A. The smoking process adds a light pink color or "smoke ring" to all of our meats. This is the sign of "real authentic BBQ". All of our meats are fully cooked.
Q. Do you accept restaurant reservations?
A. No, However we do accept private party reservations at participating locations. Please call your desired location for more information.
Q. Do you franchise?
A. No, not at this time.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. No, not at this time however for orders $1000.00 or more please call our catering department at 949-276-5758 or email katie@badtothebone-bbq.com for more information.
Q. Do you cater off site?
A. We have a full service catering department ready to assist in planning and organizing your next event. We can cater from 50-5000 people. Call our catering deparment for more information.

Q. What is the average size of a Bad to the Bone BBQ Catered Event?
A. At Bad to the Bone BBQ we do everything from large corporate events with thousand guests to intimate weddings and small delivery and set-ups. Most of our events are for one hundred to two hundred guests; however we can always customize a package to meet your needs. |
