Location Information

We and our service providers may collect precise location information (in accordance with your device settings and permissions) as well as collect general location information from your computer or mobile device. “General” location information means information to identify the city and state in which your device is located based on its IP address. This information allows us to give you access to content that varies based on your general location (e.g., nearby locations or delivery status). We will ask your permission before collecting your precise GPS location information. In such instances, we may use your precise geo-location information to provide customized services, content, promotional offers, and other information that may be of interest to you. Please note that precise geolocation information is considered “sensitive personal information” under certain privacy laws, and we process this information in accordance with applicable legal requirements. You can disable precise geolocation tracking on your device.

Background Location

The Bad to the Bone BBQ App utilizes a function called Background Location, which prompts a user to opt-in or out of the app utilizing their location even when the app is not open. This is used to support the Paytronix feature of geofence push/pull messaging. When set up, this multipart feature configured in the PXS triggers the push/pull message to the user’s device.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, you may do so by contacting us at info@badtothebonebbq.com with your request. Please include your account details and a clear statement that you wish to delete your account. We will process your request promptly and ensure that your personal data is permanently removed from our systems in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

SMS Opt-In

Subscribers can opt-in for SMS messages from Bad to the Bone BBQ as part of the loyalty registration process here (Bad to the Bone BBQ Enrollment). By doing so, you agree to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Bad to the Bone BBQ to the mobile phone number you provided when signing up. Messages may pertain to promotional programs, new menu items, etc. Messages for this program will be sent from our designated number and begin with Bad to the Bone BBQ:. Consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and Data rates may apply.

To opt-out of the text messaging program, text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to cancel. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed. Contests/Sweepstakes

On occasion, Bad to the Bone BBQ may conduct or sponsor contests/sweepstakes with the opportunity to win prizes. Each contest/sweepstakes has its own terms and conditions (“Official Contest/Sweepstakes Rules”). As part of entering a contest or sweepstakes online through this Site or through a third-party provider site, certain personally identifiable information (including but not limited to name, address, phone number, etc.) may be required. This information will be used as described in the applicable Official Contest/Sweepstakes Rules.
